Litigation & Dispute Resolution	Acted for entities under the Bakri Group in defending claims in excess of $12 million brought by Maybank. This suit raised novel issues regarding the enforceability of automatic crystallisation clauses in the context of a floating charge, and whether a bank which holds a floating charge over a vessel can enforce any rights over a subsequent purchaser of the vessel in question.
Banking & Finance	Acted as counsel for Tampines Distrihub in the $70.6 million sales of a logistics facility at 15 Greenwich Drive to ESR-REIT, as well as the collateral discharge of existing bank financing and security on the property and the assignment of the lease with JTC and sub-tenants.
Restructuring & Insolvency	Represented Mencast Holdings and 10 of its subsidiaries in negotiating a consensual restructuring of the group’s bank debts of over $140 million with five financial institutions.
