Oon & Bazul’s M&A Practice successfully led the Singapore legal team in advising Mitel in its acquisition of Unify

Corporate Partner and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Ng Yi Wayn, successfully led the Singapore legal team in advising Mitel, a global leader in business communications, in its acquisition of Unify, the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) and Communication and Collaboration Services businesses (CCS) of the Atos group, for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition solidifies the combined company as a dominant force on the global stage within the united communications (UC) sector.
