Perry is a dual-qualified Junior Partner in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice with over eight years of post-qualification experience specialising in dispute resolution. Her practice spans complex civil and commercial litigation, international arbitration, white-collar criminal matters, and advisory work. Prior to joining the Firm, Perry trained and worked at a leading local law firm.
Perry has handled matters before all levels of the Singapore Courts, and has represented high-net worth individuals and companies in high-value complex matters, covering diverse subjects such as equity and trusts, and shareholder disputes across the private wealth management, banking, power generation, satellite and consumer goods sectors. Perry also has experience advising on regulatory compliance, whistleblowing, and employment disputes. Her versatility extends to criminal defence in high-profile white-crime cases.
- Acted in a US$64 million High Court trial involving breaches of fiduciary duties and tort, securing favourable outcomes on appeal
- Represented clients in international arbitration under leading institutions, including SIAC and LCIA
- Represented client involved in Singapore’s “billion-dollar” money-laundering case
- Acted for client involved in a conspiracy to cheat IRAS of some S$ 11 million, one of the largest cases of fraud against the Singapore government
- Acted for client implicated in the multi-billion dollar Wirecard fraud case
