China Practice

Our China Practice is an active and busy one given the rapid speed in which China’s economy is growing. We are frequently instructed by law firms from China and Hong Kong SAR to represent their clients (which include both privately owned as well as state owned companies) in litigation and arbitration proceedings in a wide range of shipping and international trade or commodity disputes. We also advise Chinese clients in non-contentious corporate or commercial transactions where Singapore law is involved.
