Korea Practice

Our Korea Practice has extensive experience advising South Korean companies in their outbound business to Singapore, Southeast Asia, India, Central Asia and Mongolia. Our lawyers are also able to advise foreign companies who have businesses in South Korea, or who are interested to expand to the country.

Within Southeast Asia, we have handled numerous cross-border matters for our Korean clients across multiple jurisdictions such as including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia and the Philippines.

A unique proposition of our Korea Practice is that apart from being native Korean speakers, many of our team members are fluent in English and Japanese (both South Korean qualified lawyers and Korean support staff). We are familiar with the Korean business culture, understand the market, and also have good relations with various Korean government entities.
