Our lawyers have acted for contractors in various multi-million international arbitrations involving construction of offshore oil and gas platforms in jurisdictions as diverse as India, Indonesia and Mexico. One notable matter involved the team successfully settling a claim exceeding US$200 million for premature termination of an EPIC project for offshore oil platforms. The team had structured a series of settlement negotiations to address the technical aspects of the claim, and eventually achieved a successful recovery for the client.
