Oon & Bazul LLP has a background in shipping disputes, but has built a strong reputation across the dispute resolution field, most notably in trade and commodities, banking and commercial cases. The team acted for the owners of the MV Gazi, which was damaged by another vessel while at Chittagong port and resulted in the Bangladeshi government arresting both vessels involved.
