Oon & Bazul has recently been engaged by retail start-up Honestbee as a legal adviser for a High Court matter, as the company seeks court protection to restructure its liabilities.

As quoted from The Strait Times article, “Honestbee applies for court protection from creditors owed $247m; lays off another 38 staff”, Honestbee is seeking six months of reprieve from creditors it owes over US$180 million (S$247.7 million) to.
