Oon & Bazul is happy to announce that the firm has been listed as a Legal Advisor on the Payment Regulatory Evaluation Program (PREP), an initiative by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Singapore Academy of Law (SAL).

The PREP is a new initiative that helps payment firms easily access specialised legal services to meet compliance needs. They can also be assured that the regulatory assessment conducted by the legal service provider will be sufficiently comprehensive in scope.

With the commencement of the Payment Services Act, it is important that the payment services industry is well supported in all aspects.
