Oon & Bazul LLP chooses Clarilis’ intelligent document automation platform
Oon & Bazul is happy to announce that we have chosen Clarils’ intelligent document automation platform.
Clarilis was co-founded by two brothers, James and Kevin Quinn. James previously practised as a corporate tax lawyer at Slaughter and May and believed it was possible to capture best practice drafting methodologies in an intelligent software solution. Kevin, as architect of the Clarilis platform, made that vision a reality.
Their matter-based intelligent drafting platform makes life easier for lawyers, in both law firms and in-house legal teams. They make obsolete the mechanical aspects of drafting so they lawyers can focus on higher value tasks, improving speed, efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
Our Managing Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution had this to say:
“The current market is driving firms to make efficiency savings. Clients expect law firms to take advantage of the available technology to provide value for money and an improved service. As a progressive firm that has invested in technology significantly, we knew that document automation could help us achieve our goals. After evaluating several options and speaking to international firms, we were convinced that Clarilis was the solution for us. We believe that lawyers are typically too busy or do not have the necessary skills to automate legal documents. Clarilis addresses this by providing a full service where they design, create, implement, test and maintain the automation. Go live is typically faster than doing this ourselves or using other automation platforms. By using Clarilis, we intend to be competitive and productive for our clients.”
James Quinn, CEO of Clarilis, added:
“We’re delighted to have a forward-thinking firm such as Oon & Bazul on board as a client. In the current environment, law firms are having to adapt quickly and the CLARILIS™ document automation platform is a key step in helping Oon & Bazul become more efficient whilst improving client service and differentiating themselves from the competition.”
