Oon & Bazul’s Corporate Practice, together with counsels in the United Kingdom, have successfully acted for Grid Dynamics Holdings Inc., a digital-native technology services provider that accelerates growth and bolsters competitive advantage for Fortune 1000 companies, in its acquisition of Tacit Knowledge, a global consultancy focused on digital commerce.
Grid Dynamics has numerous locations in the United States, Central and Eastern Europe. The company delivers omnichannel customer experience, big data analytics, search, artificial intelligence, cloud migration, and application modernisation consultancy and implementation services. It is a leader in digital transformation at the corporate level.
Tacit Knowledge, founded in 2002, is a global provider of digital commerce solutions, serving customers across the United Kingdom, North America, Continental Europe, and Asia. As part of the acquisition, the entire team of more than 180 employees across the United Kingdom, Mexico, Moldova, and the United States, including senior management, will join Grid Dynamics.
Ng Yi Wayn, who is the Partner of Corporate Practice of Oon & Bazul LLP, led the Singapore team in this transaction.
