Recognising longstanding Asian roots in mediation and the recent impact of COVID-19, this regional webinar featured an illuminating panel discussion chaired by Managing Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution, Bazul Ashhab, on transforming conflicts through mediation, drawing diverse perspectives from speakers across Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and South Korea. Keynote speeches were given by Mr Bazul Ashhab and Mr Chuan Wee Meng, CEO of the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) on the Singapore Convention on Mediation.
