As part of Singapore Ministry of Law’s Singapore Convention Week, Oon & Bazul partnered with Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) and organised a webinar titled, “Hybrid Dispute Resolution Mechanisms as the Wave of the Future: Perspectives from Singapore as a Maritime Hub”.

The webinar will discussed how the combination of both mediation and arbitration offers flexibility and efficiency with dealing with the ever-evolving and complex cross-border disputes. When tailored to users’ specific needs, this combination will help overcome the limitations of standalone arbitration or mediation.
