- Advising the Joint Liquidators of Brazen Sky Ltd, SRC International Limited, Affinity Equity International Partners Ltd, Dragon Dynasty Ltd and Blackstone Asia Real Estate Partners Limited on the recognition of foreign insolvency proceedings and post-recognition steps including the pursuit of the necessary claims in Singapore;
- Acting for Macsteel International Far East Limited in an arbitration in Hong Kong against the Lysaght Entities.
